
Application characteristics of steel structure in industrial buildings
Due to its lightness, toughness and pressure resistance, steel structure is suitable for the construction of various buildings, especially some large-span buildings that are difficult to complete in traditional construction projects. For example, in relatively large space buildings such as theaters, airports and stadiums, the high density of columns in the space will lead to a decrease in the utilization rate of the space; while using steel structure buildings, the density of columns in the building space is reduced, thereby increasing the utilization rate of the building space. Secondly, steel is weldable and resistant to extrusion, which enables steel structures to be used to build some new steel structures, such as the famous Eiffel Tower in France.
